洞穿英语写作

新概念课本的经典性本人不必在此赘述。如果你能仔细学好课文，你会发现文章不是死的。它的基本架构形式也可以在英文其他方面指导我们。
拿新概念三册第一课为例，第一课是A puma at large第一段的内容是Pumas are large, cat-like animals which are found in America. When reports came into London Zoo that a wild puma had been spotted forty-five miles south of London, they were not taken seriously. However, as the evidence began to accumulate, experts from the Zoo felt obliged to investigate, for the descriptions given by people who claimed to have seen the puma were extraordinarily similar.
第一句就是很好的记叙文的模版。Large从形状，cat-like 类比 ，which 从句表地点就很好的勾勒出一个要表达的事物。
Pumas are large, cat-like animals which are found in America.
中心词 描述 类比 发源地
从上述我们可知，通过几个关键词，我们就可以用一句话概括一个事件本身。
这一段简短的叙述表达完全可以应用到描述各个事件。就拿时下热点H1N1来说，全国已有5万多人感染。最早出现的病例是发生在墨西哥，后来传播成全球性的传染病。并且在第一个病例刚刚出现的时候人们通常都是不以为然的。直到事件本身进一步恶化，蔓延，人们和相关权威才有了足够的重视。
我们来看看应用到H1N1上的描述：
H1N1 is a severe ,cold-like illness which is found in Mexico.
这样的例子可以很多，昨晚F1 赛车手舒马赫率领德国队在北京的鸟巢体育馆取得了ROC世界车王争霸赛的冠军。我们在描述鸟巢体育场馆的时候也可以用上这样的句子。
Bird’s Nest is a well-designed , nest like stadium which is built in the capital of China.
紧接着文章提到当关于发现美洲狮出现在距伦敦南部45英里的地方的报道传到动物园时，人们都不把它当回事。直到人们描述所见到的美洲狮的例子越来越多，专家们才觉得有义务调查这件事。
而在H1N1第一个病例刚刚出现的时候人们通常都是不以为然的。直到事件本身进一步恶化，蔓延，甲流人数急剧上升，人们和相关权威才有了足够的重视。
我们再来分析一下句子结构：
When reports came into London Zoo that a wild puma had been spotted forty-five miles south of London, they were not taken seriously. However, as the evidence began to accumulate, experts from the Zoo felt obliged to investigate, for the descriptions given by people who claimed to have seen the puma were extraordinarily similar.
后面这两句话都是对发现美洲狮事件的描述，一个转折语义道出了事件的紧迫性与严重性。
拿回到我们H1N1的描写，在刚开始有第一例H1N1病例时，相关政府和大众都不以为然：
When the news came into the local area that the case had
been spread outside the town, they were not taken seriously. However, as the cases began to accumulate, the related government felt obliged to take some effective measures, for the symptom descriptions of the people who were hospitalized with the swine flu were extraordinarily similar.
通过一段简短的课文我们就发现，在记叙文的描写中，我们通过一句话对中心词进行概括。再用一个事件的描述展开就丰富了作文本身的内容。在新概念二，三册中，这样的经典句式不计其数，希望能对大家的写作有所启发。转载于北京新东方。
