Night Falls Over Kortedala is the second full length release by Swedish pop singer Jens Lekman. Announced on July 25th, 2007 and advertised on Lekman's website as a "a collection of recordings 2004-2007" , the album is set for a worldwide release on October 9 and for Scandinavian release on the label Service on September 5. Pre-orders for the Swedish release will also include a bonus disc; contents of which have not yet been announced.
"From the sound of my own voice reverberating off my home's old '50s brick walls, from the ghosts of everyone who's lived here before me clapping along with their little ecto-plasm hands. My record basically never leaves the 30 square meters that I live on."
