Next after breaking with "Mara" project of Dmitriy Groysman - has same features as all previous project: home-growed, garage drive. The drive which was lost by Russian scene after appearance of "Nashe Radio" which is predispositioned to brit-pop and so-called "London sound". But Russian soul doesn't need *sound*, but need *soul*, which "Provoda" has. Well done rock-mainstream with excellent rhythm section, enough hysterical vacal and refined new-wave guitar.
Not every young man gonna risk to sing a song about band "Kino", but "Provoda" took a risk and made it in a proper way, not frevorly but as it should be. So is the album itself, without fashionable thingies, just very live and easy, like from 80ths.
